Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective warehouse processes, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and optimizing overall warehouse performance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including scheduling deliveries and pickups
- Supervise a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to streamline warehouse operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of activities
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and best practices
- Proficient in profit loss analysis and budgeting
- Experience in fleet management and transportation planning
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement
- Proficient in materials management and production planning

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software
